Yummy Fall Things

Good morning, deliciousness. How are you?

Yesterday when I was at Trader Joe's, I saw this Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix and had to get it. Sounds yummy, no? YES! And then I took it up a delicious notch by adding chocolate chips... in a smiley shape to make them Jack-o-lantern pumpkin pancakes. It kind of failed, though. I think smiley-face pancakes is a skill I may have to work on before I'm allowed to have children. No matter. The result was still delicious!

Of course when I was at TJ's and the grocery store yesterday I managed to forget something. We were completely out of ketchup, so before lunch (hotdogs - definitely need ketchup), Paul ran to the grocery store near by to pick up some. He also got me this:

Oh Real Simple, how I love thee! (He's such a good hubby). I can't wait to dig in to all the easy recipes and fun fall ideas! A subscription is definitely on my Christmas list this year.

Paul is at school studying all evening, so I'll be enjoying a quiet night at home tonight. A glass of wine and a chick flick? I think yes. Have a good Saturday night!
